Data in the app
Stored on your device
So you can pick up where you left off, Lumemo stores the following locally on your device: records per game mode, the number of games played, your daily streak, your settings (sound, haptics, reduce motion, language), whether you have seen the introduction, and when the app last asked for a rating. This data is never sent to us. You can delete it in the settings under “Reset statistics”; deleting the app removes all data. If you back up your device via iCloud or another backup, this data – as with any app – is part of that backup.
No ads, no tracking
Lumemo uses no advertising networks, no analytics or tracking services and no cross-device identifiers. The app does not need an internet connection to play.
Rating, sharing, links
When you rate the app, Lumemo uses the rating dialog provided by Apple or Google. When you share a result or recommend the app, your device’s share sheet opens – you decide what you share and with whom; we receive nothing. Links to the privacy policy, legal notice and help open this website.
App stores
Lumemo is distributed via Apple’s App Store and, in future, Google Play. When you download the app, Apple or Google process data such as your account information under their own responsibility. If you have agreed in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple or Google provide us with aggregated statistics and crash reports that cannot be traced back to you. Details can be found in the privacy policies of Apple and Google.
Contact by email
If you write to us – for example via “Feedback & ideas” or “Report a problem” in the app – we process your email address, the content of your message and the automatically attached app version and platform in order to reply and fix problems. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Our mailbox is operated by Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Microsoft processes emails on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Microsoft is certified (Art. 45 GDPR).
